Both our farm and our “Oasis Farm Holiday”
cottages are in Forcatora nestled above the scenic Colfiorito
Parklands.
Forcatura is a smail village near Folignio in the province of
Perugia, very dose to the border with
the region ofMarche.
Forcatura was an important settlement in ancient times for the
first Umbrians — the population that later gave its name to the
region of Umbria.
Today you can stili see the ruins ofthe first human settlements
revealed by the numerous archeological excavations in the area.
